 At Simply C's Soap ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. 

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns. It's important that all products sold are up to health regulations and sanitation standards, therefore we cannot resell items when they have been returned.

However we do offer refunds, If your item(s) has arrived damaged or defective.

We want all of our customers to be satisfied. Please, email us at simplycssoap@gmail.com within 3 days, after you have received your damaged or defective order.
